It is composite material comprises of Aluminum skin on both sides and Insulation/Rigid material as its core.
Usually, 0.5mm is the thickness of the Aluminum skin; Optional thicknesses are 0.3mm and 0.4mm, however maximum thickness is 0.5mm only.
CORE MATERIAL:
- XLDPE Core/Polyethylene/Petroleum based core
- Mineral wool core (Fire Retardant properties).
- Different colors are offered - Polyester (PE) and PVDF.
- 3m,4mm,6mm is the total thickness of the panel/ACP. Standard width is 1m (1000mm).
- 6m is the max. length that can be provided, 1m-1.5m are the regular width.
